Once Fees Have Been Agreed And You Give Me The Go Ahead I Will Do A Comprehensive Survey Of Your Property And Prepare A Preliminary Drawing For Your Approval Before We Start The Application Process.

With Most Planning Drawings Being Prepared Within 2 Weeks Of Your Approval Of Details You Can Be Assured There’s No Delay In Making Your Application.

In Addition To Preparing The Drawings I Will Arrange For An Ordnance Survey Drawing And Complete All Forms Required For The Application.

After Planning Approval Has Been Received I Will Apply For Building Regulation Approval On Your Behalf And Deal With All Local Authority Correspondence Making Your Experience Hassle Free.
